More Timothée Chalamet

I watched two more Timothée Chalamet movies: "Lady Bird" and "Beautiful Boy". Lady Bird was a good movie, although Timothée only had a small part in it. Beautiful Boy was a very hard watch for me because I had been involved with someone who had drug problems (they passed away in March of this year). It was heart-wrenching, frustrating, and very sad. It brought me right back to where I was just a short time ago, and it really upset me. It was so hard to go through and it almost destroyed me. Watching this movie stirred up all kinds of bad feelings inside me. The Timothée Chalamet character in this movie survived, unlike my friend who lost his battle with drugs. It really hurt reliving that time in my life again. Timothée's acting in the movie was very realistic, and it brought back memories of what I went through with my friend. I kept bursting into tears and feeling very panicky. I almost cut the movie off several times, but I pushed through it and kept watching to the end. I'm glad I did because I needed that closure, even if it wasn't real. I wish it had been real. I wish my friend had survived, but he didn't, and I'm still picking up the pieces of my life after his death. My heart is still broken. I'm still broken from it all, but I'm still here. I still have to fight everyday to get through it. Some days are better than others. I'm not giving up. I will fight on, but I'm tired. I'm so tired. God is with me every day. That's how I survive. I'm not alone. God is here. I miss you, Tommy.

It's Timothée Chalamet Month!

I'm officially declaring December of 2025 as Timothée Chalamet Month! I finally got a chance to see "Call Me By Your Name" a few days ago, and I loved it! Damn, that was such a good movie! So, now I'm on the lookout for other good movies that Timothée's been in. Yesterday I watched "A Complete Unknown" and I loved that one, too! Now I see what all the hubbub is about! He is something else! I am smitten with him and can't wait to watch another movie that he's in. Later today, I plan on watching a couple more movies that he's in. I can't wait!

How To Resize An Embedded YouTube Video

If you've embedded a YouTube video on your website and you need to resize it...

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Look at the YouTube video EMBED code that you've put on your website. You are going to need the width and height of the video from that code
2. Go to the Aspect Ratio Calculator (ARC)
3. On the top left, there's a text field labled "W₁". Enter the current width of the YouTube video there
4. Right under that text field, there's a text field labled "H₁". Enter the current height of the YouTube video there
5. There's a drop-down menu below those two text fields labeled "Common Ratios". Choose "1920 x 1080 (HDTV iPhone 6 Plus)" from the menu
6. Go up to the text field labeled "W₂" and enter the width that you want the video to be
7. The form will automatically give you the new video height in the "H₂" text field
8. Leave the Aspect Ratio Calculator (ARC) page open, but go back to your website where you placed the original YouTube embed code
9. Edit the original YouTube EMBED code and replace the old width and height with the new width and height that the ARC gave you
10. Save the post or page with the embedded YouTube video code on it
11. When you view your website, the video will now be displayed with the new width and height you specified in the code

How To Embed A YouTube Short Video On Your Website

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Go to the URL of the short video you want to embed on your website
2. Copy the URL of the video. It will look like this:
   youtube.com/shorts/VIDEO_ID *
3. Edit the URL so it looks like this:
   youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID *
4. Go to the new URL you created
5. Click on SHARE
6. Click on EMBED
7. Copy the EMBED code and add it to a post or page on your website and save it.

* Replace VIDEO_ID with the actual ID number of the video
