In the past few days, I've watched "Miss Stevens" (2016), "Little Women" (2019), and "A Rainy Day In New York" (2019). I enjoyed them all. I liked "Miss Stevens" and "Little Women" the best. I did enjoy "A Rainy Day In New York", but not as much as the other two. I tried to watch "Dune" (2021), but I couldn't get into it. I'll try again in a few days. I think I'm experiencing a bit of burnout from those types of movies. I wound up watching "New Year's Eve" (2011) instead, which I enjoyed. It was a fun watch, and I think it was just what I needed. Something light-weight and pleasant to watch. Not so dark and heavy-handed. Later today, I'm gonna watch "Personal Effects" (2008) with Michelle Pfeiffer and Ashton Kutcher, and "Larry Crowne" (2011).
